Aims

The aims of York Neuroscience Discovery Inc are:

To undertake scientific research, and patient and community education in neurodegenerative disorders with a particular focus on young adults.
To provide information to government, universities, private industry and community organisations in relation to neurodegenerative disorders, particularly as they pertain to young adults and more specifically dementing disease in young adults.
To present lecture series and other public forums open to the community to provide information in relation to neurodegenerative disorders, especially in young adults.
To promote research into the causes, natural history, investigation and therapy of neurodegenerative disorders, with an emphasis on the dementias in young adults.
